Refund Policy
QuantoPort credits are digital goods. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded and how to request it. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with it.
1 · Digital goods
Credits are activated the moment they are credited to your account and are consumed as you use the API. Once credited, credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where this policy states otherwise.
2 · When we refund
We will refund in full or in part in the following cases:
· Duplicate payment — the same order was paid twice.
· Paid but not credited — a confirmed on-chain transfer that could not be matched to an order automatically and that remains uncredited after manual review.
· Sustained outage — the gateway has been unavailable for an extended period and you cannot use the credits you purchased; we may refund the unused portion.
· Where applicable law requires it.
3 · When we do not refund
· Credits already consumed through API usage.
· Bonus and promotional credits, which are granted on top of a purchase and have no cash value.
· Transfers sent to a network or address other than the one shown at checkout, sent in the wrong asset, or sent in an amount different from the amount shown. On-chain transfers are irreversible and cannot be recalled by us.
· Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or breach of the Terms of Service.
· Referral rewards and other program benefits.
4 · How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account username or email, the order code (starts with TP), and the on-chain transaction ID. Please submit your request within 30 days of the payment. We aim to reply within 7 business days.
5 · How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent in USDT to an address you provide, valued at the USD amount originally paid; network fees are deducted from the refunded amount. If you prefer, we may issue the refund as account credits instead.
6 · Relationship to the Terms of Service
This policy is part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service. Where it conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
